Banquet Bar Service at Prince Seafood Restaurant is available in two different formats.  We have installed a bar on the first and second floor to ensure quick and efficient service.

Open & Hosted Bar for Large and Small Groups

For large parties that wish to have an open bar, our servers will use our bar for cocktails service at our normal bar prices (tax and gratuity will be added to the final bill).

Cash Bar for Special Wedding or other occasion

Liquor

We will provide the following brands of liquor for your party.  If you prefer other specific brands, we will provide them at comparable bottle prices.

Beer

The following beers will provided for your event.  Let us know if you would like to offer your guests additional brews.

Soft Drinks

Coca Cola products will be available at $2.00 per serving.  Fruit Juices (Orange, grapefruit, pineapple and cranberry juice cocktail) are available at $2.50 per serving.

Wine

Our entire selection of house brands wines are available at the regular glass or bottle price.  Consult the wine section on our web page for specific information regarding brands and prices.  Any bottle on our wine list may be purchased at its normal price.

Cash Bar

Liquor

The following brands of liquor are available at $5.00 per drink.  Two liquor drinks (martini, Manhattan , Black Russian, etc) will be charged at $6.00 per drink.   Add 50 cents per serving for juice drinks.

Beer

Terms and Conditions

Menu Selection

The prices indicated on the menu sheets are correct at the time of printing.  We reserve the right to confirm prices when you finalize you menu with our office.

Guaranteed No.

Guaranteed attendance must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled function.  If attendance falls below the guaranteed number, the client will be charged for the actual number of guests or the guaranteed number, which ever is higher.  If the guaranteed number of guests is not received within 48 hours, the client will be charged for the planned number of guests.

Cancellation Policy

Any banquet cancelled before scheduled function date will be billed for the cancellation costs incurred by Prince Seafood Restaurant.

Payment

Payment in full is due at the end of the function unless other arrangements have been made prior to the function.  Direct billing of your account may be arranged with our Accounting Department or banquet manager.

Room Charge

Prince Seafood Restaurant reserves the right to charge for the use of its room.

Gratuity and Tax

18% gratuity and 8.25% CA sales tax will be added to your food and beverage service bill.

Wines

Wine is an integral part of Prince Seafood Restaurant style of dining.
